The house that we eventually closed on was presented with Dan Ihara, the Boss! He walked the house with us, and this man looked in every nook and cranny, crawled on top of and under everything, and gave it to us straight, “look out for this, this is a plus, this adds value, this is gonna cost you”, etc. They advocated for us during negotiations, helped us stay on track for closing, and I could not have asked for a better experience. 5-stars, would highly recommend!
