JJ, Ryan, and Dayna are true professionals who haven’t forgotten their local roots. While maintaining their professionalism in explaining their strategies, they ensured we were onboard by interjecting examples which we related to and were comfortable with. It was never one sided. They invited our thoughts and opinions, incorporating those not contrary to their overall goals. As a team, they were always available, covering each other to ensure we received a timely response. Very importantly, an acknowledgement of our queries were made even if an answer wasn’t, i.e., yes your query was received, we don’t have an answer yet but will get back to you. A definite sign of maturity. Too many fail to respond until they have the answers when a simple “got it, we’ll find out “ would suffice. We definitely would work with this team again!
