While maintaining their professionalism in explaining their strategies, they ensured we were onboard by interjecting examples which we related to and were comfortable with. It was never one sided. They invited our thoughts and opinions, incorporating those not contrary to their overall goals. As a team, they were always available, covering each other to ensure we received a timely response. Dan explained the 52 Point Marketing Plan process and their strategy in selling homes. In addition, Dan explained options that we could do to increase the value of our home for sale. At the conclusion of the meeting, The Ihara Team was able to answer any and all questions that we had and provided contact information should any additional questions be thought of in the future. Dan made us feel comfortable as we moved forward. The Ihara Team provided a few recommendations (de-cluttering, cleaning and staging services) that we could do to increase the value of our home for sale. At our request, they were able to recommend various companies for us to review which made it simple for us to select which companies we would prefer to execute the work. Victoria led the coordination efforts with the de-cluttering, cleaning and staging companies. Victoria's exceptional efforts allowed the process of selling our home to continue in a timely manner. KP provided timely updated schedules to inform us of the progress. During Open House events, KP provided an overview of the event along with Pro's and Con's comments made by the potential buyers. The Ihara Team took care of the Open House events without any incidents. Once The Ihara Team received offers, Randy met with us and explained each offer and recommended counter offer's if warranted. Once the agreement with the buyer was in place, Randy coordinated Escrow and closing was completed as initially scheduled. The selling of our property was completed in approximately 3 months. The final agreed upon offer exceeded our listing price. Fast and totally stress-free is how I describe my experience working with Randy Ihara, Victoria, J.J. and the vendors they work with when I sold my home. Packing and moving all my things seemed so overwhelming until Randy had a moving company contact me. After an initial consultation, Cynthia, Jonathan and their company, Lets Move, de-cluttered, carefully sorted, packed and moved all my belongings. Having lived in my home for almost 40 years I wanted to give it a nice "send-off". Victoria arranged for Pan, a contractor, to do the renovation. Then she sent cleaners to make everything spotless. In less than two weeks they all did a truly amazing job at getting my house showcase and move-in ready. On our first meeting, I had told Randy and J.J. how much I expected to net after all my anticipated expenses - renovation, escrow, broker and inspection fees, etc...
